A hangout for volunteer firemen, Matt’s Bar has been transformed over the years to Vinnie’s, Oakmont Tavern and is currently back to Vinnie’s Tavern at 814 Allegheny River Boulevard. There was a blue light inside the bar that would light up when there was a fire in town so the firemen could run up the street to the station. Owned by Sam Ferrante.
